Vignobles-Bessineau-vins-Francais-de-vignobles-de-st-emilion4Belvès de Castillon, the Château Côte Montpezat offers the story of the well that quenched the thirst of the pilgrims of Compostelle long ago. It goes without saying that there is a source beneath. The property covers 30 hectares on a clay and limestone ground that doesn’t favorize cabernet sauvignon, which creates a humble amount (70 % merlot, 20% Cabernet-Franc) The Château Côte Montpezat has a high perfomance wine making chai (thermoregulated). Under the instructions of the proprietor, Dominique BESSINEAU, with the help of Jean-François LALLE in the vignes, Côte Montpezat can be found amongst the recognized valors of the appellation. It must be explained that the domain also produces a Puisseguin Saint-Emilion, the Château Haut Bernat.
