THE CANON:
Dominique Bessineau decided to reserve some of its vineyard plots in the development of another wine, a modern wine: fruity, fresh, well-rounded, easy to share with fans and connoisseurs.
He called the Coast CANON Montpezat in reference to the small glass of wine you drink with friends, “the little gun” that we share, is pleased to offer a moment of happiness. But his name is a nod to the beauty, singing at the famous Battle of Castillon, all of which make us dream, a friendly trip between past and present.
Drinking “CANON Coast Montpezat” is an immediate pleasure, a moment of relaxation, and fun to share.
The youngest of the vineyard parcels, the Château de Brousse, gets the same attention as Chateau Montpezat. Only the vinification and aging differ in order to preserve all the fruit, freshness and elegance of this pleasurable wine.
Serving suggestions: Serve with well cooked meats, all poultry, grilled meats and cheese.
Care Tips: To be consumed in the first decade following its vintage in order to appreciate all the aromas and freshness.
